Perfect for MacBook Pro users (2019 and later), Dell XPS, HP Spectre, Lenovo ThinkPad X1, and any Windows laptop with a Thunderbolt 3 or 4 port. If you're on a MacBook Air and want a single external monitor, this dock handles it beautifully. The 85W power delivery is the spec most buyers overlook — many cheaper docks top out at 45W, which means your laptop runs on battery under heavy load. The PowerExpand keeps a 14" MacBook Pro fully charged even during intensive tasks. One limitation to note: if you want two 4K/60Hz displays simultaneously on a MacBook, you'll need the CalDigit TS3 Plus — the PowerExpand supports only one external display at full quality.
